The article uses as an example a program of the realization of a closed communications channel used to build a segment of a banking network between a client bank and a bank branch within the framework of the KaCom network. For this purpose a special data transmission protocol was developed – it allows for such secure communication in open, public networks. This protocol allows one to maximally adapt the length of the transmitted elementary unit depending on the level of interference within the channel, a built-in bug-correction system allows to get rid of secondary transmission attempts, and special measures for increasing the reliability of the recognition of the title of the transmitted unit allow to prevent the de-synchronization of the algorithm on both ends of the line.
